Due to direct shipping laws and regulations, we are unable to process online orders for wine to those states not listed above. If your order contains wine, and it is not an approved state, we will amend your order and ship only the non-wine items. Your credit card will not be billed for items we do not send. All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation as to the rights of anyone to import wine into any state outside of California. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order. Legal Age: WINES MAY BE SOLD AND DELIVERED ONLY TO A PERSON WHO IS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD.
