*continue the message that God has provided the world with a really amazing food source from a really amazing insect that hasn't changed since the beginning of its time on earth.
*carry on the Beekman family tradition started by Grandpa, C.W. "Jack" Beekman in 1934, followed by the incredibly hard work of other Beekman men, Bruce, Bob, Bryan, Zak and Matt Beekman, building a legacy for Beekman generations to come.
*promote Beekman Honey's pure floral (nectar) source product in recognition of how honey was really meant to be enjoyed, pure and created naturally by the honeybee to be consumed by itself, or to enhance other foods or beverages.
