 Orange Blossom

Residual Sugar: 12%
For over sixty years, Beekman Honeybees have produced California Orange Blossom Honey in California's famous "Orange Belt". To maintain its aromatic essence and varietal flavor, the orange blossom honey is removed from the beehives immediately after bloom. The honeycombs to be extracted are then selected specifically for winemaking. This wine has an intense orange blossom aroma with a citrus flavor profile. It has a long finsh and silky texture with a balanced acidity and residual sugar.
Tupelo
Alcohol Content: 12.5%
Residual Sugar: 8%
Wonderfully complex. One detects hints of clove, nutmeg, and cinnamon derived solely from the honey source. Barrel fermentation in French oak results in subtle earthy undertones. Sur lie aging contributes a yeasty, nutty character and improved mouthfeel. Refreshingly balanced acidity and residual sugar.
Blackberry
Alcohol Content: 16.5%
Residual Sugar: 6.5%
The barrel fermentation of this honey wine in French oak results in subtle vanilla undertones that match well with the floral components of the honey source. Sur lie aging adds complexity and improved mouthfeel. Although the alcohol content is high at 16.5%, one does not detect excessive heat.
